Marcela Fuchs Saavedra, has focused her practice in Corporate Law, M&A, contract drafting and negotiation, especially EPC, EPCM and O&M contracts in the energy industry and Real Estate. She has worked in legal firms and as in-house lawyer.
As an associate of legal firms she participated in M&A processes, in giving legal advice for structuring and incorporating companies of different economic sectors, such as JetSmart Airlines, in the drafting and negotiation of EPC, EPCM, O&M and other contracts and subcontracts related to the construction and energy industries.
She previously worked as an associate in the Corporate Area of firm Alessandri & Cia, in our firm, and as in-house lawyer of Grupo Tattersall and Inmobiliaria Maestra.
